Dini Sianturi
I am Dini Sianturi, Training and Pedagogy Engineer at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Strasbourg. With over three years of experience in educational engineering, I have collaborated with various universities and institutions. I hold a Master's degree in Training Design and Technology from the University of Strasbourg and a Bachelor's degree in Education Sciences from the State University of Medan, Indonesia.
My expertise lies in designing and implementing training programs, with a specific focus on transforming pedagogical practices. In my current role as a pedagogical engineer within the project SENS, I am actively engaged in developing and executing training programs, providing support to pedagogical teams, leading projects, and overseeing the pedagogical platform.
Throughout my professional journey, I also held the position of an instructional designer at the University of Upper Alsace, focusing on pedagogical development, digitalization of training, and the implementation of competency-based approaches. At IUT Lannion, I orchestrated the implementation of curriculum-based competency approaches and spearheaded numerous educational projects.
My commitment to education is further demonstrated through my role as a French as a Foreign Language (FLE) teacher at a public high school in Medan, Indonesia.
I have a profound enthusiasm for innovating pedagogy, creating impactful training sessions, and incorporating emerging technologies to enhance the learning experience. My professional background highlights my commitment to ongoing improvement in education.
